Our purpose: An inspection must be done so that you are informed of any major defects or problems with the structure prior to the finalized purchase. The inspection and report, is not a warranty or guarantee but a informative report which will assist you in your purchasing decision.

How its done: The inspector carefully examines the structure by visually inspecting all accessible areas and documents its condition at the time of the inspection. The inspector does not perform destructive, damaging or invasive procedures during the inspection. When finished, you will receive a comprehensive report as to the condition of the structure and also have the opportunity to question the inspector about the site. The inspection will take approximately two to three hours.

Price: Our pricing of an inspection is determined by several factors; the age of the structure, the air conditioned square footage, and the amenities of the structure. Payment is due upon completion of the inspection.
